Noctuary has eight ending outcomes, including three special defeats. Complete Alina’s side quests and collect all 34 Blessings before the finale if you want to access the Reality route and True Ending. The major branches happen late in the story, so use separate saves before each choice. The instructions below use the English Steam version’s dialogue options.
Ending #1 – Oblivion Is the Best Remedy
Chapter 3 – Mildia Dream
Save 1
Lose the first special-location boss fight against Mildia.
Reload Save 1 to continue.
Ending #2 – Loop
Chapter 3 – End of Dream
Save 2
Proceed to the third boss battle, against Lumina (White) while Lumina (Black) assists.
Lose this battle.
Reload Save 2 and win to continue.
Ending #3 – So Close, So Distant
Final chapter – Resurrection
Save 3
Dream (left choice).
Fight Alina until the second phase, after the mid-battle CG.
Lose the battle.
Ending #4 – Birds in the Cage, Flowers in the Mirror
Load Save 3
Dream (left choice).
Defeat Alina during the ensuing battle.
Ending #5 – Request from a Thousand Years Ago
Load Save 3
Reality (right choice).
Proceed through the following story until the battle with The Outsider summoned by Noxistasia Shade.
Save 4
Survive until the second phase.
Allow the black-hole suction attack to pull you in and defeat you.
Ending #6 – Being the Deity
Load Save 4
Defeat The Outsider and continue to the underground chamber.
Save 5
Inherit her power (right choice).
Ending #7 – Farewell and Proceed
Load Save 5
Let her keep sleeping (left choice).
Ending #8 – Towards the Future… (True Ending)
Load Save 5
Make sure you have collected all 34 Blessings and finished Alina’s side quests.

Complete the remaining scenes to finish the True Ending. If the center choice is unavailable, use an earlier save to complete the required side quests and gather the missing Blessings. Side quests can become inaccessible when progressing between regions, so clear them as they appear rather than leaving them until the finale.
