Reaching the major ending outcomes in Mediterranea Inferno depends less on dialogue choices and more on how you distribute Mirage Fruits, manage your coins, and collect the eight cards hidden throughout the trip. The route below is structured so Mida and Claudio receive enough Mirages while Andrea falls short, allowing you to see the contrasting final character outcomes in a single run. Collecting all eight cards during that same playthrough also unlocks the additional post-game ending, so follow the location order carefully and keep the listed saves as permanent checkpoints.
Prologue – Claudio
Interact with the confession booth.
Continue forward and explore the available objects.
Return to the confession booth.
Talk to the person waiting there.
Watch the show.
Return to the gate.
Continue until Claudio’s prologue Mirage is complete.
Prologue – Free Mirage
Pick any option.
Complete the free Mirage.
Location Choice 1
Save 1
Go to the Pool.
Mida’s Mirage
Explore underwater.
Continue until you have interacted with the car.
Find the floating person holding a phone.
Interact with them repeatedly to obtain the Saint Anthony card.
Location Choice 2
Go to the Flea Market.
Claudio’s Mirage
Do not buy anything.
Continue exploring until the church opens.
Enter the church.
Spend 10 coins to light a candle.
Collect the Saint Homobonus card.
Mida’s Mirage
Continue through the Mirage until you pass the multiple burning Mida statues.
Watch the right side of the road for the photo booth.
Use the photo booth.
Collect the Blessed Carlo Acutis card.
Location Choice 3
At this point, Claudio and Mida should each have 3 Mirages, while Andrea should have 1 Mirage.
Save 2
Go to the Beach.
Mida’s Mirage
During the duel, initially do not shoot.
Afterward, shoot whenever the interaction icon appears over either character.
Continue until you reach the photo booth.
Spend 100 coins to have the visa photo taken.
Collect the Saint Barbara card.
Andrea’s Mirage
Do not purchase Andrea’s Mirage.
If you do not have enough money, continue without it.
Final Mirage Distribution
Mida now has enough Mirages to receive an additional free Mirage.
Complete Mida’s free Mirage and collect the card obtained from reaching the required Mirage total.
Pay for Claudio’s fourth Mirage.
Complete Claudio’s Mirage and collect the card awarded for reaching the required Mirage total.
Andrea should remain below the required number of Mirages.
Make sure you have collected 8 cards before continuing to the finale.
Ending #1 – Main Ending
Continue through all remaining story scenes with:
Mida at 4 or more Mirages
Claudio at 4 Mirages
Andrea below 4 Mirages
Finish the game and allow the complete ending sequence to play.
Ending #2 – Bonus Ending
After finishing the main ending, continue into the post-game scene.
When given the opportunity to exchange your collection:
Trade in all 8 cards.
