This guide is built to help you unlock every ending in Crimson Spires while keeping the four main character routes, exploration sections, post-credit scenes, and New Game+ progression organized. Character affection is determined by specific dialogue choices throughout the common route and each individual path, so consistently choosing a character’s preferred responses is important for reaching their good ending. Bad endings are obtained by taking the opposite responses to that character’s listed affection choices, while the permanent New Game+ decision creates an additional final branch. Follow the exploration instructions whenever movement sections appear, and always remain in the game through the credits so you do not miss the post-credit scenes.

Common Route

The common route lasts through Chapter 5. Chapter 6 is where you choose the character whose route you want to follow.
