In Bustafellows, routes are structured through a shared common route that branches into individual character paths based on your choices. There is no visible point system, but your responses directly influence which route you enter and which ending you achieve.

Many decisions have immediate consequences, and incorrect choices can lead to bad endings or lock you out of specific routes entirely. Because of this, creating save points before key decision branches is essential if you want to access every ending efficiently.

Some additional content, including Side B stories and extra routes, only unlock after completing certain good endings, meaning progression order plays an important role in reaching 100% completion.
