In Steins;Gate 0, progression is brutally simple—but easy to mess up if you don’t control your saves. There are 5 endings + 1 true ending, and almost all of them come from single phone call decisions. If you don’t place saves correctly, you’ll replay entire chapters for no reason. This guide eliminates that. Every save is placed at the exact branching point so you can clear everything in one clean run structure.

Continue.
When you reach the end of Vega and Altair, the game does something that confuses a lot of players: it rolls the credits early. This is not the actual ending yet—it’s a checkpoint. At this moment, the game checks whether you previously completed the Promised Rinascimento route. That route quietly gives you the true ending flag, which is required to proceed.
If you followed this guide correctly, the story will continue after the credits into the next chapter. If you missed that flag, the game will simply stop here and send you back to the main menu, forcing you to replay earlier sections. This is why that earlier branch is non-negotiable.
Milky-Way Crossing
Milky-Way Crossing
At the start of Milky-Way Crossing, the game does one final completion check. If you collected the required TIPS earlier—especially the two missable ones in Closed Epigraph—you’ll receive the final TIP here.
From this point forward, there are no more branches or traps. Just follow the story to completion
