A Date with Death has five main endings, including one DLC ending. Most routes are shaped by your overall attitude toward Grim, with several key choices near the end of the game.
Ending 1 – Semi-Bad Ending
For Days 1–2, pick any options.
Day 3
Grim… ma—maybe this is a bad idea…
I… I think something’s wrong… this doesn’t feel right…
Please… stop…
Ending 2 – Lose the Bet
Throughout the game, choose more distant, dismissive, and negative responses.
Do not water your plant on any day.
Do not open the window for the flowers until it becomes your only option when Grim arrives with the bouquet.
Day 6
Vaguely, yeah.
I don’t mind. I’ll take the sickness. The taint.
Ending 3 – Win the Bet
Throughout the game, choose flirty and affectionate responses.
Day 6
You really know how to sweep me off my feet.
You’re cute. Cute and stupid.
How do I stop? What if I give it all away?!
Dual Reapers Ending – DLC
This ending requires the DLC.
Throughout the game, choose the dialogue options marked with a ★ whenever they appear.
Example:

Wedding Ending
When discussing what happens if Grim loses the bet:
Your hand in marriage.
